Activation & Clearing
w/ Nick (1-1 Session)
A guided phone session focused on awareness, clarity, and release. This session supports clients in bringing forward what is ready to be seen and shifted through focused conversation, intuitive guidance, and consent-based energetic support offered remotely.
Each session focuses on the top three areas of life currently seeking movement and change. Guided questions and energetic facilitation help surface insight, clarity, release, and forward momentum. Clients are encouraged to be in a comfortable, relaxed position during the call to support openness and receptivity.

Phone Session
Integration & Embodiment
w/ Lorelei (1-1 Session)
A guided phone session focused on understanding, integration, and embodiment. This session supports clients in processing what’s been brought to light through an Activation & Clearing session, a group experience, or everyday life and anchoring that awareness into lived experience.
Through grounded conversation and intuitive guidance, we explore key themes or shifts and how they’re showing up in the body and daily life. Sessions may include guided visualization, gentle somatic practices, or energetic support, and conclude with simple, practical next steps for continued clarity and ease.

Phone Session
Group Activation &
Integration Session
A guided in-person group session that mirrors receiving both an Activation & Clearing with Nick and an Integration & Embodiment with Lorelei in a shared group setting. The first half focuses on activation and clearing through brief teaching, live heart-centered music, group sharing, and a simple letting-go ritual. The second half focuses on integration through guided visualization, embodiment practices that may include gentle yoga, and a practical integration exercise. Participants have the option to share their intention or action step at the close of the session.
