A little about me...
My work is devoted to guiding others into deeper connection with themselves and the natural intelligence that lives within. Cycles, rhythm, and flow aren’t just seasonal forces around us, they’re the essence of feminine leadership itself. I believe that when we honor our own cyclical nature, we reclaim a way of living and leading that is intuitive, regenerative, and sustainable.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me savoring slow mornings and kitty snuggles in our home in Chippewa Falls, surrounded by trees where I feel most at ease. I feel grateful to create a beautiful life and meaningful work alongside my partner, Nick, and to share it with my two daughters. This little sanctuary, and the connections we nurture within it, ground me in a sense of peace and purpose that inspires the way I show up in my work and life.

Offerings
One-One Sessions
I offer Luxe Body Renewal Sessions, a sacred hour devoted entirely to you to help you unwind, restore, and return to yourself. While these sessions are beautiful on their own, my favorite way to work is through my Feminine Embodiment Program, an immersive, completely individualized experience that unfolds over time. I only invite two women into this deeper container twice per year, ensuring that each experience is intimate, intentional, and fully supported.
